Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) has organized a Day Long Training Workshop on “Compliances of Securities Laws and Rules for Merchant Bankers” today on 27th August in its Corporate Office. Janab J Q M Habibullah, FCS , Additional Managing Director and Company Secretary of IBBL addressed the program as chief guest. Janab Mohammad Golam Kibria , Additional Director, Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) addressed the program as resource person. Presided over by Janab Mohammad Abdur Rahim, FCA , MD & CEO of IBCML, all Executives and Officials of IBCML attended the training program. Merchant Bankers related Laws and Rules and its proper compliance procedure are discussed in the workshop.
