About the company
Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML), a subsidiary of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) obtained its certificate of incorporation as a Public Limited Company from Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) in 2010 and in this year obtained formal approval from Bangladesh Bank. Subsequently, the company started its merchant banking operations in 2019 on getting the license from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Board of Directors of Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) is comprised with the dignitaries having excellent academic feat coupled with long practical experience in efficiently directing the functions of merchant banking operations. The employees on the other hand are very much active, energetic as well as sincere ones who are adequately capable in efficiently promoting the cause of the company towards the materialization of its vision, mission, goals & objectives.
