12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Islami Bank Capital Management Limited (IBCML) was held on Monday, 14 March, 2022 on virtual platform. Presided over by Professor Md. Kamal Uddin, Ph.D, Director of IBBL and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IBCML, the meeting was also attended by Md. Joynal Abedin, Director of the IBBL and IBCML, Muhammad Qaisar Ali & Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Additional Managing Directors of IBBL and Directors of IBCML, Md. Ashraful Haque, FCA, CFO of IBBL and Director of IBCML, among the shareholders Deputy Managing Director of IBBL Md. Altaf Hossain, Senior Executive Vice President of IBBL G. M. Mohd. Gias Uddin Quader, Md. Saleh Iqbal, Mohammad Abdur Rahim, FCA, Managing Director and CEO of IBCML, Abu Syed Md. Nahid, FCS, Company Secretary of IBCML, Md. Al Amin, Incharge Admin of IBCML and others. The meeting has approved 7% cash dividend for the Shareholders as well as Financial Statements of IBCML for the year ended 31 December 2021.
