পুঁজিবাজারের তালিকাভুক্ত ব্যাংক খাতের কোম্পানি ইসলামী ব্যাংক বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেডের পরিচালনা পর্ষদ আইবিবিএল দ্বিতীয় পারপেচ্যুয়াল বন্ড ইস্যুর সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। ব্যাংকটি ৮০০ কোটি টাকার নন-কিউমুলেটিভ সাব-অর্ডিনেটেড বন্ড ইস্যু করবে। ডিএসই সূত্রে এ তথ্য জানা গেছে। জানা গেছে, বন্ডটির বৈশিষ্ট আনসিকিউরড, কনটিজেন্ট কনভার্টেবল, প্রি-স্পেসিইড টিগার পয়েন্ট, কুপন/প্রফিট ডিসক্রেশন, সাব-অর্ডিনেটেড ও নন কিউমুলেটিভ। ব্যাংকটি টিয়ার-১ মূলধন শর্ত পূরণে ব্যাসেল-৩ এর অধীনে প্রাইভেট প্লেসমেন্টের মাধ্যমে
